Non Sale And Clearance Items

Products purchased on our website can be returned for a refund provided we are advised no later than 14 days from delivery.

Initially we ask customers to email orders@interiors42.co.uk within this timescale, advising us of your intention to return the product. 

You will be given a return number which will need to be clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging. The product must be returned in the original packaging undamaged, unused and fully complete.

The product will need to be received by us no later than 28 days from delivery.

Once the item is received by us, we will check the item for condition (which is at our discretion) and completeness. Provided all the above criteria are met and the product can be re sold at full price, we will process a refund minus the delivery cost to you within 10 days of confirmation by us that the product has been accepted as returned in accordance with the above.

Return shipping and handling costs including any customs and duty charges for international returns and insurance of the product in transit are the responsibility of the purchaser.
 

Sale & Clearance Items

For sale and clearance items our returns policy is as above for non sale items and clearance.

We will issue a credit note minus the delivery cost to you within 10 days of confirmation by us that the product has been accepted as returned in accordance with the above.

Return shipping and handling costs including any customs and duty charges for international returns and insurance of the product in transit are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damaged Items

We strive to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition to this end we check every item we ship before it is sent to the customer. It is important to us that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

However in the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged we ask all customers to please check your item within 24 hrs of delivery and initially either advise us by email orders@interiors42.co.uk giving a description of the damage.

Please also send images of the damage within your email. Alternatively you can advise us by telephone 0132726445. If you report damage by telephone you will be asked to send images of the product showing the damage.

We will process a refund or an exchange (provided we have a replacement product in stock) as quickly as possible. If it is a refund, this will be no later than 10 days from confirmation by us of acceptance of the damage.

A replacement item will be sent to you once we have the information requested and we have processed the exchange. We will arrange for and cover the cost of collecting the damaged item and for the shipping of a replacement to you.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
